A little off my topic, but couldn’t resist…

Flash back to the 70’s when the ditzy-girl act could actually sell contraptions such as the Lady Schick Speed Styler. Farrah Fawcett and her girlfriends are absolutely amazed by it’s speed, because it’s fast, although the styling mist for control disturbs me deeply, and it’s fast. Is it just me or are they yelling over the sound the tool makes? I can’t even begin to think about the amount of energy this beast uses up, but that’s a small sacrifice to make if you want flippy curls. As my gramma always said, one generations luxury is the next generations need, and it’s fast!
