Canada has “Bunkhouses” at some remote mines, and the day of the Factory Dorm is not far off! Rather than buying expensive cars, and paying that shot, them buying McMansions in locations close to factories, at even greater expense, then trying to build and support a community around the ‘burbs, and even more perilous and very expensive task, Police forces and all, Working folks will opt for “Bunkhouses” and “Factory Dorms”. work full time long hours for part of the year, then go live as they please with full pay packets at the end of their stay! China’s factories do this now, allowing peasants free rail passage each way, to small family owned farms, so as to not miss planting seasons, but winter well and make cash to the countries, and individuals advantage! Will Americans become a nation of part-time factory workers / country gardeners? Is this possibly better than the debauchery and high expense of living in the ‘burbs? slums? row housing?
