This is one of the most touching advertisements I’ve seen in a long time.

It is the story of a woman who has been homeless for 6 months, has no shelter, no food and her husband died recently. She is also pregnant. Quite simply: how is she going to survive? How are they all going to survive?

This ad is part of a series called Building Nature’s Safety Net that was released by the World Wildlife Fund Australia. Executive creative director Mark Collis from the Leo Burnett Sydney alongside art director Kieran Antill produced this remarkable piece that puts a human into the shoes of the most endangered marsupials in the world - the Wombat.

According the to Wombat Foundation, at last count there were only 115 individuals left in Western Queensland, Australia. To help you can donate to the Foundation or to the World Wildlife Fund.
